Use of Data for Machine Learning & AI Improvement

We may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from your use of EzTakeoff (including but not limited to takeoff patterns, object labelling, and canvas interactions) to develop, train, and improve our machine learning models.

• Anonymization: Any data used for this purpose will be stripped of personally identifiable information (PII), specific project addresses, and client names before being used in training datasets.
• No Public Disclosure: Your proprietary blueprints and raw project data will never be shared publicly or with other users.

Your data is stored on secure servers (e.g., AWS/Google Cloud), primarily located in the Australia/New Zealand region to ensure low latency and data sovereignty compliance. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
